BEANS ON TOAST

An ode to the humble baked bean. No fry up is complete without them. Working late? Broke? Constipated? Baked beans are here for you. Slop ‘em on a piece of partially burnt toast smothered in a buttery spread. Add a little salt and pepper, consider going on master chef. That viscous orange gravy, the third degree burns to the roof of your mouth. Beans deserve to be served on the good plates and eaten using the finest silverware.
